Windy and Warm
  by John Loudermilk

2002
Ted Ellis:  Guitar, Bass

~1978
Band:  City Limits
Practicing and jamming in Fairfax VA - in the house I lived with Dave Kersey and others.
Single mic I think - taping into my Technics cassette deck - all likely the same session.
Jeff's calling out instructions/reminders on some as needed
.
Glenn Ashton joined us as lead singer, playing standup bass, can't remember how we lucked out with him.
We had a lot of great parties and a lot of guest musicians. An Elvis singer was one for instance and he was good.
When Glenn left to join and/or form Free N' Easy, Dave started singing lead while teaching himself standup bass.
Free N' Easy got to cut an album and I have it to this day, signed by Glenn.
